You cannot get this
DBT money is paid only into a bank account, so you need an account in your name first. Any bank can open a Jan Dhan (BSBD) account with no minimum balance, and it receives DBT money. India Post Payments Bank (IPPB), the post office's bank, also offers zero-balance savings accounts and receives DBT money; postmen and Gramin Dak Sevaks bring its services to your door.
If something goes wrong
If it is rejected
If the bank rejects the seeding, find out the reason from the SMS or at the branch. If the name in your Aadhaar does not match the bank's records, get the name corrected at an Aadhaar centre and give the form again. If you think the bank was wrong, complain to the bank in writing and keep the number; if there is no reply within 30 days, or you are not satisfied, complain free of charge to the RBI Ombudsman on cms.rbi.org.in.

Also
If the money goes into an account you did not choose, or you think your Aadhaar was seeded without your consent: a bank must not seed without your consent, and must show proof of it if you complain. Give a new consent form at the bank where you want the money, complain to the bank that got it wrong, and go to the RBI Ombudsman if it is not settled within 30 days.
