About Sahayam
Sahayam guides you, step by step, through tasks in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh: getting a certificate or a government service, applying for a welfare scheme, an everyday task such as a bank complaint, or what to do in an emergency or after a death in the family.
Sahayam is not a government service
โ
Sahayam takes no applications, documents or money, and never asks for your Aadhaar number or an OTP.
โ
It only tells you what to do, where, with which documents, and what it should cost. You apply yourself, at the office, MeeSeva or the official website the guide names.
โ
Never pay anyone who offers to "speed it up" for more than the official fee.
How the guides are checked
โ
Every step, fee, time limit and rule comes from an official source: a government order, a citizen charter, an act or rules, or the department's own website. You can open each step's source from the step.
โ
Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have their own guides. One state's steps are never shown for the other.
โ
What an official source does not confirm is marked "not confirmed", with what to ask at the office.
โ
Each guide says when it was last checked. After its re-check date it says it may be out of date.
โ
Guides are written in Open Telugu's own words and checked by a person before they are published.
