If something goes wrong
If it is rejected
Ask the Tahsildar office for the reason. If you think it was wrongly refused, file a grievance on PGRS: at the secretariat, at the Collectorate on Mondays, on pgrs.ap.gov.in or the PGRS app, or by calling 1100. Follow it with the grievance number you get by SMS. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can reopen it twice: first it goes to a district officer, then to the head of the department.

If it is late
If it is late, ask at the secretariat first. If it still does not come, file a grievance on PGRS: at the secretariat, at the Collectorate on Mondays, on pgrs.ap.gov.in, or by calling 1100.

If you are asked for more money
If anyone asks for a bribe, call the ACB toll-free on 1064, or email complaints-acb@ap.gov.in. Do not pay agents who offer to speed things up.
