Are you already registered for PM-KISAN? No, I need to register
1.
On the PM-KISAN website, open 'New Farmer Registration' under 'Farmers Corner'. Give your Aadhaar and mobile numbers and choose the state 'ANDHRA PRADESH'. Once Aadhaar is verified, fill in the form and submit it with the self-declaration. If you cannot do it yourself, a nearby Common Service Centre (CSC) can.

📎 Aadhaar card, Bank passbook, Land record (Adangal, 1-B or pattadar passbook), Self-declaration
Not confirmed: The portal does not say what a CSC charges for registration.
2.
If the form says your Farmer ID has not been generated, you first need a Farmer ID. For that, ask the village agriculture assistant at your village's Rythu Seva Kendra.
🏛️ Rythu Seva Kendra (RSK), village agriculture assistant
📎 Aadhaar card, Land record (Adangal, 1-B or pattadar passbook)
Not confirmed: The portal only shows that message when there is no Farmer ID. We did not find an official page on where and how Andhra Pradesh issues Farmer IDs; a district website says the Rythu Seva Kendras deliver services to farmers in the villages. Ask there.
3.
Your application goes to the State Nodal Officer; wait while the details are checked and approved. To see its status, open 'Status of Self Registered Farmer/ CSC Farmers' on the PM-KISAN website and enter your Aadhaar number.

Not confirmed: No official time limit for approval is given anywhere. We did not see an Andhra Pradesh order on which officer checks self-registrations; if it takes long, ask at the Rythu Seva Kendra.
For everyone
4.
e-KYC is mandatory. Three ways: with an OTP sent to the mobile linked to your Aadhaar, on the PM-KISAN website or app; from home, by scanning your face with the PM-KISAN app and the 'Aadhaar Face RD' app; or by fingerprint at a CSC. Whichever way, it shows in your status after 24 hours. Type the OTP in yourself; never tell it to anyone.
💻 PM-KISAN website or app
📎 Aadhaar card
💰 Fee: A ₹15 convenience fee if done by fingerprint at a CSC; no fee is stated for the app or website.
Not confirmed: The e-KYC note is dated only '13th Nov', with no year; it says there is an 'e-KYC' link at the top right of the website, but on 30-10-2026 we did not see it on the home page. If you cannot find it, use the app or a CSC. PIB says the post office links your mobile to Aadhaar through India Post Payments Bank if it is not linked. PIB also says village-level nodal officers help; we did not see a state document naming them in Andhra Pradesh.
5.
Ask your bank whether the account is seeded (linked) with your Aadhaar; if not, get it done. The scheme pays only into an Aadhaar-seeded account.
🏦 At the bank
📎 Aadhaar card, Bank passbook
Not confirmed: The guidelines and PIB say the account must be Aadhaar-seeded, and PIB says seeding drives are held with CSCs and India Post Payments Bank. They do not describe how it is done at a bank.
6.
Open 'Know Your Status' on the PM-KISAN website, enter your registration number, then the OTP sent to your mobile. It shows eligibility, e-KYC, land seeding, Aadhaar linking and payments. If you do not know your registration number, use 'Know Your Registration No.' on the same page. A nearby CSC can also show you.

7.
The Andhra Pradesh government pays its Annadata Sukhibhava scheme together with PM-KISAN. On the state's 'Annadatha Sukhibhava – PM Kisan' website, open 'Know Your Status', choose the financial year, and enter your Aadhaar number and the captcha. It shows your status, remarks, payment status, bank and amount.
💻 Annadatha Sukhibhava – PM Kisan website
Not confirmed: A PIB release of 04-10-2026 says PM-KISAN's ₹6,000 with the state's ₹14,000 under Annadata Sukhibhava makes ₹20,000 a year. We could not read the state order on Annadata Sukhibhava's eligibility, instalments or tenant farmers (the Agriculture Department's website did not open for us). Ask at the Rythu Seva Kendra.
8.
If 'Know Your Status' shows that land seeding (linking of your land details) is not done, take your land record to the Rythu Seva Kendra and ask for it to be set right.
🏛️ Rythu Seva Kendra (RSK), village agriculture assistant
📎 Land record (Adangal, 1-B or pattadar passbook)
Not confirmed: PIB says land seeding is mandatory and shows in 'Know Your Status'. We did not see a state document on who corrects it in Andhra Pradesh; ask at the Rythu Seva Kendra.
9.
If your name or details are wrong in the land record itself, apply at your village or ward secretariat for the revenue service 'Mutation for Correction'. First check your Adangal and 1-B on the MeeBhoomi portal.
🏢 Village or ward secretariat
📎 Land record (Adangal, 1-B or pattadar passbook), Aadhaar card
Not confirmed: MeeBhoomi says this service is available at the secretariats; we did not read its fee, time limit or document list. Ask at the secretariat.
10.
Once everything is done, PM-KISAN pays ₹6,000 a year, in three instalments of ₹2,000 (for April–July, August–November and December–March), straight into your Aadhaar-seeded bank account.

Farmer families who are non-resident Indians (NRIs) under the Income Tax Act are not added to PM-KISAN as new beneficiaries (guidelines, para 4.1(c)).
You cannot get this
The PM-KISAN guidelines say nothing about OCI cardholders; they only say that farmer families who are NRIs under the Income Tax Act are not added as new beneficiaries (para 4.1(c)). Under the Home Ministry's notification, OCI cardholders are foreign nationals, not Indian citizens, and in economic matters that the notification does not list, they have a foreigner's rights. Before applying, ask the village agriculture assistant at your village Rythu Seva Kendra (RSK).
Not confirmed: We found no official rule that says whether OCI cardholders can get PM-KISAN.

PM-KISAN is only for farmer families with cultivable land in their names in the land records. Tenant farmers and people farming land in their parents' names do not qualify; once the land passes to you by inheritance, you do. For this scheme a family is husband, wife and minor children.
You cannot get this
The cut-off date for eligibility is 01-02-2019. People who got land after that by purchase, partition or gift do not qualify; only land inherited on the owner's death is an exception. If the family that gave the land has no cultivable land left, its benefit stops too. Such cases are being held until a physical check is done.

Families with anyone in these categories cannot get PM-KISAN. If money has already been paid, it is recovered. The portal's 'Farmers Corner' has 'Voluntary Surrender of PM Kisan Benefits' and 'Online Refund'.
You cannot get this
PM-KISAN is one benefit per family (husband, wife and minor children). If the land is in more than one family member's name, the money goes to the one with the most land. Cases where two members of a family are paid are being held until a physical check is done.
