If it is rejected
Against the Tahsildar’s decision on a passbook, you can appeal to the RDO within 60 days. Against an order on a record correction, appeal within 30 days to the next officer: the RDO for a Tahsildar’s order, the Collector for an RDO’s, the Land Tribunal for a Collector’s. A second appeal, within 30 days, goes to the Collector against the RDO’s appeal order, and to the Land Tribunal against the Collector’s. The appeal fee is ₹1,000. The days count from when the order was given to you.

Not confirmed: The Rules do not say whether the appeal is filed online on Bhu Bharati or at the office; the portal seems to have an appeal service but we did not see it after login. Ask at the Tahsildar office.
If it is late
Check "Application Status". If it is late, call the Bhu Bharati helpline, or ask at the Tahsildar office.
